My first IPS monitor, not sure this is a common issue.
I have a Dell U2415 60Hz @1920x1200, Radeon 6850HD, Win 7, CPU = Core2Duo. Using a mini-dp cable.
Everything seems ok, except while scrolling up and down in web pages (firefox). There is a ripple effect on text when scrolling. Not the whole page, but only 2 or 3 lines of text. Happens in different spots. But on occasion, the whole page will scroll just fine.
Installed the monitor driver plus re-installed video drivers. No luck. Considering exchanging the monitor, unless this is common to 60Hz IPS displays? Or my Conroe + 6850 is just too weak to handle it.
