What quality do you rip your music at?

I want to archive my CDs and space isn't really a concern.
Should I be going at 320? Is there even a practical difference between 192 and 320?

Yes. mp3 is lossy compression, meaning that no matter how high the bitrate, some information is lost. Both FLAC and Monkey's are lossless, meaning no information is lost.
 
The quality to space ratio for most lossy compressions just isn't worth it. Sure, you get lossless compression but I'd say that no more than a handful of people on this board (a) have the equipment necessary to be able to hear the difference and/or (b) can hear the difference.

Go for a good mp3 encoder, and do VBR at the highest bitrate that uses as much space as you need. 192 is pretty nice and anything above that IMO is mild improvement. 256 is another sweetspot though.
 
FLAC lossless true CD quality, about 300 GB per CD, maybe 640 kbps.

EAC + FLAC will rip and encode a CD in under 10 minutes on my 1.3 GHz celeron music server. With EAC set to eject the CD I start the job, go back to doing whatever, then come back and feed it another CD sometime after the tray pops open.
