Ripping Audio off an MPG Movie

I have a MPEG movie of some japanese anime...crappy movie, but the soundtrack rox. I need to know how to rip the audio off the MPG movie. Any one help?

I use virtualdub myself.. great software..

graphedit would probably do it fast.

I use it to grab audio off of the vobs (dvds)
