There has been an important change to your AT&T High Speed Internet service

What's changing?

We're adjusting our pricing for AT&T High Speed Internet service in an effort to better align our pricing structure across our entire service territory.
Depending on your plan, monthly rates will increase by $3.00 or $3.05 per month. The new monthly rates will be as follows:
AT&T High Speed Internet

  • AT&T High Speed Internet FastAccess DSL Lite - $31.00
  • AT&T High Speed Internet FastAccess DSL Ultra - $39.00
  • AT&T High Speed Internet FastAccess DSL Xtreme - $44.00
  • AT&T High Speed Internet FastAccess DSL Xtreme 6.0 - $49.00
AT&T High Speed Internet Direct

  • AT&T High Speed Internet FastAccess DSL Direct Lite - $36.00
  • AT&T High Speed Internet FastAccess DSL Direct Ultra - $44.00
  • AT&T High Speed Internet FastAccess DSL Direct Xtreme - $49.00
  • AT&T High Speed Internet FastAccess DSL Direct Xtreme 6.0 - $54.00
I paid $40 for 1.5 in 1999 now 15 years later it's $39 again. D:

thats a really bad word to many of us.Nobody is forcing you to buy this unlike the word you used wich is usually the worst day of the life of the said recipient. Not necessary to prove a point.

'our tests show people pay more for the same service and not switch, now we're applying it everywhere'

they haven't switched you to vdsl (uverse)?

and wtf

http://www.att.net/speedtiers - that DSL Extra is 769 Kbps - 1.5 Mbps?

Well, it's not like you can fight against a monopoly.
So he's probably already being restrained against his will, and now the old boys are dropping their pants and show off their tumescent pricing!

How much does Fios cost?

We get a whole package of TV, Internet and Phone for 80 dollars.
The TV is basic (for FIOS) and does not include many premium choices, like maybe 1 starz channel.

Internet is 50/25 but actually we get 65/35 most days.

Phone is digital and we get things like improved caller ID, free calls to canada, and a couple other features.

Adding premium TV channels would shoot the price up quickly.

not always.

in FPS games, rape is pretty much a daily occurrence.

language evolves, bud.:sneaky:

i'm going to start a similar thread with a properly worded title so I can prove the search sucks. 😀

EDIT>> hey the search works

I pay $74 for cable internet 75down/25up w/ a 300Gb cap (I guess they throttle after that?).

Wish FIOS or Google Fiber was here.

No comprendo without speeds and bandwidth caps. I'm at $45-ish for 300 GB cap, 25/2. If I went with bigger company, it's $45-ish for the same if you beg and/or find a coupon. Regular price is $70+.

Your FiOS is cheaper than mine but yes I love having FiOS. When I moved in December, I made sure that the place I was moving to had FiOS.

Cablevision has an ultra version of cable Internet and its only 5 more dollars a month
