Well, this is sad news. And it's even sadder because I bet it left her pretty emotional and upset when she found out her mentor and savior Leonard Nimoy had recently died.

You will be forever loved and remembered by your family, friends and fans.

Yeah, she was actually older than Shatner and Nimoy, which surprises me. I assumed she was one of the younger cast members.

I was out the other night and ran into a guy I hadn't seen in a long time. He was having a cocktail on the patio of a bar I was passing by and was unavoidable. We said our hellos and then he started telling me once again about the spaceship he was building. And then he told me again about how he got beaten up one night and remembered nothing of it before waking up in the ER, then going through several reconstructive surgeries. As I was trying to get away from him he's asking me if I'd heard about what Vladimir Putin was doing.

I bet that guy is a blast at parties.
