RIP. I rarely agreed with his politics, but he was a kind man and a friend to many.

He's been my senator my entire life, has helped a few of my family members too.

His death, although certain since his diagnosis, is still a shock. He was ALWAYS there, always leading the way.

Yeah, it's too bad he couldn't be there for the health care bill. At least he made it this long. I know that when he was at the DNC a year ago, they weren't even sure he'd make it to election day.
