Odd, I just watched the Smithsonian documentary L.A Woman: The story a few days ago but had not heard of his passing. Maybe that is why they had aired the documentary? Manzarek was prominently interviewed throughout the show.

Smithsonian will be airing "The Doors: Mr. Mojo Risin' - The Story of L.A. Woman" again this Sunday @ 10:00 PM ET/PT. Lots of Manzarek in it, and it is a great story about how that album was made, which was done differently than others.
