Sorry to hear of your loss. I know it's painful. We're bracing ourselves for the time our Siamese, Alexander, has to pass....he's just turned 22 years old and has been slowly declining over the last six months.......but he's still motivating around quite well, eating well, so he's still around, but not sure for how long. I feel for you......

I think most of us have felt this pain, you aren't alone. FWIW, you should feel comfort knowing that you provided a loving home for Patches. A lot of animals aren't so lucky.
