for starters,

in your objective: all you mention is what you want to gain. add something of "what you can contribute" to the organization.

put education section after experience section. add some academic achievements, if you have any. where you in an honor society? etc, etc.

Any prospective employers would be put off by the blurs in your resume - also, do not wear a blue dot over your face during an interview...

my second review of your resume:

use standard sections of: objectives, qualifications, work history/experience, education, honors and awards received, other skills.

having mentioned that, you need to create a new section "qualifications" and separate currrent section of notable skills into two "other/notable skills" and "hobbies" if you really feel the need to include hobbies. the first section would outline "directly relevant" items to the job you're looking for and the second section, if you must, would outline "indirectly relevant" experience or items that would demonstrate that you are multi-talented or have the "rounded personality"
