Didn't he miss a rules of physics? "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction". So if a bullet was capable of knocking it's victim backwards 6', the force of it exiting the firearm would knock the shooter back six feet.
Assuming shooter and shootee weighed the same.

From the same article:
Conclusion
And, oh, by the way, they also don’t “drive a full-grown man back five or six feet.” Simple physics tell us that a body in motion will tend to stay in motion.

You missed the point.

Good thing USA didn't sign the Hague Convention then...
LOL! Was that sarcasm? Even though we didn't sign it for some damn reason our military abides by it making 9mm M9's peashooters and dangerous for innocents behind baddies.

This ammo is intriguing but will make it way too difficult for trauma surgeons to remove the slivers. Recipients of said ammo will probably slowly die over time.

It's a stupid ammo, that is all I am saying.

Stopping time is the critical issue. If you shoot someone and they die two hours later, you may be dead before they are.

Also the number of bullets might come into play. One chest shot per person is what id like.. hwrd to justify shooting someone a few times or a mag per person. Very good point. My friend had bought anti terrorist rounds we shot one hydrashock and one anti terrorist into gallons of milk and the antiterrorist one was clear winner: p prob was a +p round tho too..
