Shootings are an excuse to vent frustrations and claim that it is justified

Don't want to get killed by police? Don't fire a freaking gun at them.

The second shooting occurred Sunday when officers spotted a suspected gang member in a stolen sport utility vehicle. A brief pursuit ended when three people jumped from the vehicle and ran. Joel Mathew Acevedo, 21, fired at an officer and the officer shot and killed him, authorities said.

According to CBS several witnesses claim the police offered to buy their cell phone video.

That is some scary shit.

The Dallas shooting seems legit. You don't repeatedly physically assault an officer and not have something happen. More so when the Officer doesn't know which of the four perps has a gun and thinks its you. Officer was justified IMHO. He was physically attacked 3 times. I would have shot the guy when he started attacking me the second time.

Most of the rioters aren't from Anaheim. They are just gang members from Santa Ana and other areas, and stupid juveniles that think local business=the police. Also included are uneducated bottom feeders that blame others for their total lack of community involvement.
If you look up #Anaheim trending on Twitter, you will see a bunch of narrow minded dregs.

Now they are including the occupy movement. Fuck that.

How about voicing your dissidence against gangs and gang violence?

While these assholes throw rocks at windows of local business, they ignore they are shoulder to shoulder with the same folks that will intimidate your life. They will extort your business, order hits, traffic drugs and illegal firearms, and they will never give a shit about you.

Would you have preferred they seized the entire phone as evidence? Seems like they wanred a copy for evidence and offered something for the owner's trouble.

From what I've read the first guy was allegedly dealing dope when 2 police officers saw him in alley with 2 other people. Apparently he ran from the police officers when they told him to stop. As he was running the suspect allegedly started tossing his heroin. At which point the police officers say he allegedly also reached into his waist which is when the police officers shot him fearing that he was going to draw a weapon. It turned out he had no gun.

The second dude died the next day in separate incident after getting into a high speed chase if anti-gang task force police officers. He and two of his gang banger buddies were in a stolen car when anti-gang task force officers attempted to pull them over. A high-speed chase ensued when they refused to pull over and they promptly wrecked their stolen car. At this point this is when one of the suspects hopped out and started running. When officers gave chase the suspect turned around and the police officers say he started shooting at them and this is when they returned fire and killed him.

To be clear, those were the Anaheim shootings. I believe the first one you mentioned (Manuel Diez) was the primary reason for the demonstration/riot since he was unarmed and shot in the back of the head.

The Dallas shooting involved a guy who was allegedly beating a cop when he was shot. The demonstration there was apparently due to (dumb) people believing that he was shot in the back.

Doesn't sound like any of them were much of a loss to society. Still, I hope the shootings are thoroughly investigated, especially the Diez one.

Yeah it's messed up but there are so many people doing this in here on both sides. It's like the left is Isreal and the right is the Muslims. How does anything get done when people act like this over stupid ideaologies?

It doesn't. thank goodness this is just an internet forum, but unfortunately these attitudes are spreading into real life.

Too lazy to link to a fucking story? Or two?

Here's a few links, first from the radical left are the stories from Orchestrated Pulse and NPR.

http://www.orchestratedpulse.com/2012/07/anaheim-riot-police-love/

http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way...in-anaheim-latinos-want-federal-investigation

Then from the mainstream media of CBS news.

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162...-anaheim-for-4th-night-over-police-shootings/

Gosh that was hard, it actually took me like 6 or 7 seconds to look those up.

Too lazy to look for your own fucking story?

Good thing I dont live in "that" Anaheim.....although one of the recent shootings was about 200 yards (as the crow flies) from my house.

Sad he wishes harm on me, but I actually don't live that close to the normal city of Anaheim, relatively speaking.

Anaheim Hills is basically Yorba Linda. It is the "Real Housewives" Anaheim. Not the Angel Stadium/Disneyland Anaheim.

And if QBear knew any better, he would know that any glass breaking downstairs at night is not met with a shitty cell-phone 911 call that puts me on hold for 2 minutes before routing me to a local dispatch center.

It is met with a constitutional right.

And BTW, I am no advocate for local PD. Brea PD (who patrols my hometown, Yorba Linda) shot a friend of mine only a couple years back.....unarmed.

http://www.ocregister.com/articles/collender-310958-police-lawsuit.html

And I am also no advocate for the County Sheriffs, who are now replacing Brea PD (partly because of the shooting), because I have spent some time in County and have seen what they are capable of.

It sounds like all of the shootings were justified.

If it were me the rioters would be "hosed down" with machine gun fire.

What the fuck is wrong with you?

The rioters are thugs, gangbangers and other human trash who're using a justified police shooting to engage in violent anti-social behavior. Why should I feel anything but contempt and hatred for them?

So large scale murder is justifiable then?
