I am thinking about getting this mp3 player, but i am reading some reviews and it seems like people who owns this player has experience with its bad durability (although they advertised this as the sports model that is suppose to be built to last). I am wondering if any of you have any experience with this player.
 
AHHHH Never buy Rio! Their customer support is horrendous! I had a Rio MP3 player a while back and they sent one with bad memory, then they tried to make me BUY another one even though it was DOA. It took a month of battling with them over the phone and mailing them receipts and crap for them finally to send another, THAT DIDN'T WORK! So I ended up twisting their arms and getting my money back... but I still ate shipping costs 🙁
