Hi all-
As I have shopped around for a new MP3 player, I have heard from many that their Rio300 had a very short lifespan. The story has been that the case cracked and would no longer hold the battery in. Diamond refused in all cases to warranty the player. This has been precisely my experience as well. I'm wondering if this was widespread enough to warrant legal recourse. I personally am extremely annoyed that the player is now worthless. Diamond's customer service is about as non-user friendly as it could be. Emails get returned saying you need to send your message to a different address and you will never, repeat, never get a real person on the phone in cust. service. I'd like to hear what others' experience has been.
