Good deal, plus you can add a 2 year warranty for only $20 or a 4 year for $40. Anyone have any experience with Repair Master? I can't seem to find all the details of their warranty, like if it covers drive or battery failure.

LOL....I like this:

$2.65 ($4.95 minimum shipping charge per order)

Awesome deal. I have a Rio S10 and it looks like they followed the same case design for this player. It's kinda funny looking at first, but I love my Rio S10 and it's only 576MB, most of which is a SD card. Rio makes great stuff so you can't go wrong.

I thought this was flash based. Doesn't it use a hitachi CF card

it's good while running, and thx for the link to the rebate, as I got one in late jan but didn't know about this rebate, and i got it from JandR so I'm good.

Ordered mine yesterday along with the warranty. Bingo, here today. It's beautiful and tiny. I can't wait to try it out. This a great deal - best battery life of the lot of small mp3 players and cool add-in features!

Couldn't let this one pass by...ordered 2 for the kids (hope I can convince the kids that I will have to test these Rio Carbons out extensively before they use them). Thanx for the heads up on this deal OP!!!!

in the description it states that the unit comes with a "rechargeable battery." Is this a non removable type battery, similar to a PDA or can I use my trusty AA or AAA batteries?

I bought one for my kid's 16th birthday. It arrived today...Looking fwd to trying it out.

My 15GB Dell DJ is too bulky...I need one of these compact models. My wife has a Creative Zen Micro. I'm the only one lugging around a "huge" player.

This player has one of the best battery lifes of the micro drive players. It is only bested by the newer ipod minis.
