OK. I was all for giving RIM a shot as they are the only option for secure corporate email, BUT...
I just had a few open tickets closed after RIM didn't respond to my 3 opens cases for over a month. After getting them resolved with outside help and lots of time and effort on my part, they started sending me emails for each open case last week.

Thanks for the help RIM. It's good to see the thousands upon thousands of dollars we pay for support going into that black hole called the playbook.
At this point I'm going to do a 180, say fuck security, fuck management, bring on the Android and IOS devices because RIM can suck it. Next major phone roll out for us in about 9 months time will NOT be blackberry devices. I'd rather give my staff pagers, and not the slick pagers with alphanumeric support and ability to reply with short answers, I mean old school '143' style pagers.
