haha this song just came on right now... lyrics are horrible but for some reason i keep listening

I rather listen to this then avril's - girlfriend song anyday.

Hey! Hey! You! You!

I can't switch to cd fast enough when this crap comes on.

I love how people on ATOT like to act high and mighty about what music they like and quickly downplay all other music. Because obviously, everybody in the world likes the music you guys like.

SOme of her stuff is catchy but one day while driving home I actually listened to the lyrics. Forget what sone but it was about her cheating on a guy all the time and she didn't want to do it anymore....wow did they suck.

The song is annoying. The remix with jayz is even more annoying.

OMG there's a remix??!?

Yeah, but I'm not really sure what he means that the jayz one is a remix. The only one that's playing is one with jayz. I thought he was just part of the song.

The real remix is the one with Chris Brown, who relates it to Cinderella. Not a bad combination at all really. It's too bad that his voice sounds like hes having to press the song out with all his might. It's pitch really is at the limit of his singing ability.

We don't all have to like the same thing, but we can quickly come to a consensus on what is shite.

And popular music has never been particularly good. The 70's had disco. The 80's had... everything. And the 90's had Vanilla Ice.

i don't think thats the issue. Agruing over something thats purley opinion based is stupid (IE arguing over music). The argument here is that this music isnt really all that impressive. Catchy beat + catchy chorus, countless one hit wonders have proven this isn't that hard to do.

Hey, at least her lyrics are top notch...
I will say it's better than that crap where they just repeat, "I'm hot because I'm __________" fifty times and then add variation by saying "Your NOT hot because ______" - that's the worst ever, not sure how it's a song.

Lets face it, a majority of the population can't be smart right?? Cause if everyone was, then no one would be smarter. You can bet the masses of people that flock to that music think not only that it sounds good, but the artist looks like a "cool person" as well...

Its to the point, where most of the "pop" songs are like glorified nursery ryhmes...

"Fergilicious" , Gwen's single about bannanas, that hot song, the umbrella song, what about that song about lip gloss???

Honestly...do they record this stuff thinking "wow, this is really a great track"

ok off the soapbox!

I actually like Rihanna. As far as pop goes she's about as good as it gets IMO.

And that is why I steer away from the pop genre...

every good thing about the song is lost in the remix.

HORRIBLE song. She's lucky Jay-Z put himself on the track (smart man - she sells records..he makes money 😛)

Just like he did for Memphis Bleek's last album. Does anyone remember the single off it? "Dear Summer" (Ft Jay-z). The whole damn song was Jay-Z and it was the only single to ever be a hit off his album...poor bleek. I guess he doesn't care though:

"Bleek could be one hit away his whole career, as long as I'm alive he's a millionaire and even if I die he's in my will somewhere so he could just kick back and chill somewhere.."
