As some of you might know, i have 2 grand to spend on a computer....I also want to get a nice monitor. Right now i have a sony Trinitron that i believe is only 17inchs. I want a brand new one, so i wiulll have basically a brand new system..

What do you recommend. i deff want anything 19inch or higher, nothing lower. I am thinking flat is the best but i have heard that some things say flat but really just have a flat peice of glass infront of the screen which seems like a rip off to me.

System to go with monitor :

3500AMD64
Gigabye, MSI, or ABIT MOBO...no clue how that one is goonn work out
1g of XMS corsair ram 3200pc
160GB WD 7200RPM SATA
6800GT EVGA
480Antec True (with blue lights)
NEC 8x DVD dual layer
Xdreamer 2 case
Xp Pro

So i dont think anything there should really hold back the monitor in anyway. I really dont know much about monitors so i am kinda shooting in the dark here. like what refresh rates and Herts are best and such..no clue.
