Right click menus?

Is there a way to edit these so they only display certain things. For instance, when I right click on a file i get like 10 things from winrar that are like "compress and email" etc. I want to be able to configure which items appear, is there a way?

I'm pretty sure that TweakUI lets you edit those. You can select some of the options by editing the MIME type options for the given extension.

tweakui will NOT let you edit those.

Really? Well damn. I know there is some way to.

Well, it will at least let you get rid of the "create new" options. I know that much.

Go into each program that added something and disable their shell extensions. If it's not an option the program should probably be replaced.

If you are using WinRar 3 (winrar 2 may also have this option)...

OPTIONS | SETTINGS | INTEGRATION | CONTEXT MENU ITEMS

You will be able to change to whatever you want there. Good luck.

Context Edit works great with XP...just wish it could also change the icon from there as well.
