Triple Titans, good lord! I Might have went with a haswell part myself if the OC was right (4.5+) singlethreaded performance is still numero uno. But yes, 6 hyperthreading cores, yum yum.

Triple titans is an overkill for single monitor even if it's 1440.

I'm running dual 7970s to game on 3 monitors at 1440 each .. Consider multi monitors to make use of what you paid for ..

Anyways congrats for such an amazing system ..

Dude, that's one of the most beautiful and most powerful machines I've ever seen, A work of art...congratulations. I suspect gaming on that will be unmitigated joy. Get Arma 3 Beta and try it...far and a way the most beautiful thing you can see on a and your PC will probably let you really max it.
I'd suggest going triple monitor as others have but you look like you know what you're doing and what you want!

And over the next year you'll be installing next gen games which will stutter heavily due to horrible scaling issues (assuming SLI support is even baked into the game) and wondering why the vast bulk of the time you are struggling to play games on a system that should have no trouble swallowing them.

Is there really any need to rain on his parade so speculatively? Maybe what you say will happen but it certainly reads like you want it to.

Very nice rig ;)

However, like others have said, I would definitely overclock that CPU to at least 4.8ghz, but preferably 5ghz.. With three Titans @ 1440p, the CPU is definitely going to bottleneck them.

Of course another option is to go up further in resolution so you can put more of the burden on the GPUs.
