Not sure if it's been posted yet or not, the video is pretty old so it probably has. Oh well, this thing is aaaaaaawesome whether or not you've seen it before.
 
Haha that things crazy! I wonder what it actually feels like.. Was this just a uni project or something?
 
I still feel that no simulator can accurately portray the things that were going through Eddie Griffin's head as he slammed that $600,000.00 Ferrari Enzo into that concrete wall.
 
Holy crap @ the rally simulator one...that thing can mean serious whiplash if you crashed it hard enough.

they can probably simulate that using horizontal motion. The major challenge would be simulating along turn for example, that requires consistent force, without pausing the action so that the seat can return to initial positions to move in another direction etc...
