Rider Mower question

My neighbor is selling a White Outdoor LT 13 Lawn Mower for $700 bucks. It's 2 years old. She claims she paid $700 for it. is it a good deal? What do you think?

Here's the link to it

Any comments are really appreciated.

You cannot get a quality riding mower for $700. Maybe for three times that. If you get something inexpensive. If she bought it two years ago for $700, then it's worth $200 to $300 right now.

And that link loads like molasses and doesn't load pictures.

Uh...

If she paid 700$ for it, and is selling it for 700$... wouldn't you consider that to be a ripoff?

Wouldn't you be better off.. *gasp*.. spending the 700$ on the same unit, only..... 2 years newer?

No no no, that's all wrong! This one is... umm... TESTED! Yes, it's tested. This way, you don't get home with a new mower and find that it's broken and you have to take it back for another new one. That would be horrible.
