Give the keys to your best friend, and have her drive the old lady to the hospital. then wait at the bus stop with the woman of your dreams.

I didn't know, but about 8 people within 20' of me did 😛
Good. But why is your best friend female? 😉

I got the friend speach 🙁
Ugggh...being on the friend ladder sucks, doesn't it?

<LordMaul>Well, I suppose, you like having blood all over your genitalia. Who knows what she might have had?</LordMaul>

First off call on your cell phone 911, what right do you have to be picking up bleeding almost dead old ladies. You couldn't drive fast enough and couldn't give immediate
first aid attention.

Second, if that friend of yours is any kind of real friend (and isn't flaming) he would definately understand and would probably encourage you to pick up the hot chick, I'm
sure he wouldn't be offended.

And if you don't have a cell phone,

THEN RUN THEM OVER!

I dont' see how this is a riddle. Some answers are better than others but there is no "correct" one that solves it (since there is no clearly defined problem)

Yeah. Seems more of a moral conundrum if you will.
