I never heard of this riddle, but I"m thinking he could just unplug the drain to the tub, or keep flushing the toilet, or just waiting until the water reaches the sink level and having the water drain down the sink's drain

A guy is found shot in the back in his car. There is no gun in the car *anywhere*, no fingerprints on the car other than his, no DNA other than his. All of the doors are locked, windows are rolled up. There are no bullet holes in any of the windows/glass. The man obviously didn't shoot himself, so how did a bullet get in his back?
