Riddle Help

My friend is giving me this riddle where he sould say a number followed by some Letters and it is suppose to signfy something.

IE.

16 O in a P would be 16 Ounces in a Pound
11 P in a FT would be 11 players in a Football Team


Ok what I can not figure out is

90 D in a RA
