Live axle instead? Straight axle is what used to be in the front of antique cars wasn't it? You know for steering. In the 50's & 60's people would put straight axles on their 57 chevies and think they are cool.
Live axle is gocarts. There is no differential in a live axle.
A straight or solid axle has tubes that bear the weight of the vehicle above it. Examples are the ford 9", dana 60, chevy 12 bolt, ect.
I replaced my injectors in my truck to 100lb units. Fuel is good
