Now go out and get yourself some big black frames
With the glass so dark they won?t even know your name
And the choice is up to you cause they come in two classes:
Rhinestone shades or cheap sunglasses

so which is it?

Spied a little thing and I followed her all night
In a funky fine levis and her sweaters kind of tight
She had a west coast strut that was as sweet as molases
But what really knocked me out was her cheap sunglasses

Sorry, but spending more then $15-20 on sunglasses is retarded (unless perscription). Wearing fancy shades does NOT make you a better person.

So anyone who wears a nice pair of Oakleys (for instance) is automatically branded someone who thinks it makes them a better person?:roll:

Just because you can't justify spending a good amount of money on something doesn't mean you can brand those who do as people who just want it for a sense of luxury and attention. I love my Oakley's and they have served me BEYOND my expectations for 4 years now. I paid $160 for them new and not once have I had an issue with them.

Having light blue eyes means the sun can be a PITA for me, sometimes it's bright enough to give me migraines. Maybe you don't realize when people buy these expensive glasses that they're paying mostly for the lenses and not just the style. The lenses on my Oakley's are outstanding and do a great job with blocking out sunlight and glaring, I would NEVER invest in a pair of $15-$20 glasses now that my eyes have been behind a quality pair. So please, the next inevitable time you roll your eyes at someone you think wasted their money on a nice pair of sunglasses, understand that just because something "looks" flashy doesn't mean that person bought it solely on looks, and if they did.. then I guess they're 'retarded'

Oakley's.

I don't care if they are expensive. I take good care of my Juliet's and they are badass. Does that make me badass? No, but I sure as hell feel bassass, and that's all that matters. ;)

If I could buy something for just $200 that makes me a better person, then I'd jump on it.

You have your opinion, and I have mine.

Do those cost $200 now?

On the other side of the coin, what if wearing $200 sunglasses got women to talk to you? That's a good reason to buy them...

I'm married. But before I was I never used expensive stuff as a meeting tool. I'd be horribly depressed if I spent $200 on sunglasses, or $150 on a shirt, or $25,000 on a car. Especially if it was even partly for people to "like" me more.

I avoid people that spend money to try to attract attention. Sure, I buy some nice things now and again, and gladly show them off, but I buy them for myself and not anyone else. You can "look nice" on a very low budget, and if you have the personality to back it up, you're good to go.

Oh, I'm not thinking for serious relationships or anything. Any women you'd meet by way of expensive sunglasses would be strictly for casual sex

Fair enough, but still not something that I'd personally do. Nor the type of person that I'd typically associate with.

Thank you C'ptn Obvious.

I do think that a good set of polarized glasses are worth the money. I have a pair of Ray Bans that I wear all the time. Best pair of sunglasses I've ever owned!
