Rex Grossman to start VS steelers friday night

who is suprised on this? not because he is a better QB but didn't shannahan say he wanted Rex as QB a while ago?
 
Knowing the way ex-Bears QBs perform on their new teams...the 'Skins probably will end up in the Playoffs.
 
he will do great. don't let anyone tell you different. it was just the bears front line that caused him to fumble, throw int's, not prepare for huge game against GB etc.

you guys are a lock for the superbowl!
 
FYI-

The line of the 'Skins is 7 and it's paying -110/-120. I've got a new odds sheet coming tomorrow but betting $120 to win $100 on the 'Skins under 7 seems like easy money.
 
LOL Grossman lead them to the superbowl? It couldn't of been that tremendous defense that single handidly willed them to multiple wins. It couldn't of been Hester having a career year in returns. It was all on Good Rex. Never mind the Bad Rex who had something like 6 games under a 50 passer rating.

I'm assuming you're talking about the Steelers....or being sarcastic.

Grossman can't hold it together in the pocket. I didn't like him in FL and I didn't think he deserved to wear the Bears uniform.

He's got a decent arm, but when he gets the slightest bit of pressure on him, he crumbles. Maybe playing in Washington will help him develop more, if this isn't his season, it will be his last shot at being a starter. He's more likely to end up making bank somewhere as a seasoned backup.

yes, i was being very sarcastic. i have been following camp so far from their website, seeing lots of incomplete passes from him in camp. his own defense is shutting him down. can not wait to see what the steelers will do to him. hopefully harrison knocks him out for the season!!! 😱
 
Another failship hath sailed into DC, courtesy of Daniel Snyder. But if a little delusional smack talk will put more people into the seats on opening day, why not? When it comes to the NFL, a fool and their money are easily parted. 😉
