Reviews on "shorty/power connector-less" cards vs. their full size (with 6 pin) counterparts?

I am in particular looking for performance differences in RX 460 and GTX 1050 Ti (as well as the non Ti version).

How much performance loss? Noise increase?

As the standard versions are bus powered (without additional PCIe power connectors) there is, by definition, no "performance loss." There might be a slight performance increase on certain overclocked, externally powered editions. But they all run at "full" performance without external power. From what reviews I've seen, the difference should be negligible.
