Ok, I've seen enough of most shows to give the studios a rating.
Here are the shows I watch and my ratings for this year:

FlashForward: Started great. Going downhill. I think there are too many characters and they spend to much time on each one so the series seems to drag. I just don't find Joseph Fiennes watchable.

Eastwick: I enjoy this show. Especially the hot women. Unfortunately not enough people are watching and its cancelled.

V: Great first epi. Can they keep it up? Hot women.

Castle: One of the best shows on tv. Filion is great and Katic keeps up with him.

Dexter: The show has gone downhill. It's still a watch for me, but this season seems like more of rehash. Too much emo. Especially between LaGuerta and Angel. And the sister no longer dresses like a hooker.

30 Rock: So far only a couple of epi's shown, but not as good as previous seasons. Though they set the bar really high. Still a watch for me.

Heroes: The seriously should have retired this show by now. If it weren't for my schedule that puts me in front of the tv when its on, and the fact nothing else is on at that time, I wouldn't watch.

Stargate:Universe: Sigh. The most anticipated show by me. The show is a mess. Everyone has their own name for it, Stargate:Voyager, Battlestargate, etc. Sadly, the name that might stick is Stargate:Enterprise, since it may be the final show in a proud series. Oh, I do love Lt. Giantspaceboobies, but she's just a bit player.

Sanctuary: The show really picked up the last 3 epi's of last year. This year is heading back to meh. I think I have been Pavlovian trained to watch scifi on Friday, so I still watch it.

Lost: Can't wait for the final season. Possible that high expectations can't be reached. A can't miss show.

EDIT: I forgot Fringe and Cougar Town.

Fringe: Not so great this year, but still definitely good. It's really the X-Files so the same issue arises in that the stand alone epi's can vary greatly. It's time to get on with the paralell worlds storyline.

Cougar Town: I just watch it because I find Busy Philips (sp?) unbelievably hot. Otherwise its a meh.

Feel free to add your own reviews.

House: Excellent, although the last episode was so-so.
South Park: One of the best "seasons" yet, but it sucks they're only doing these crappy half-seasons now.
Simpsons: On an upswing after a several-year lull, but still not up to old standards.
American Dad: Still good but losing it's impact after a few seasons.
Sons of Anarchy: I look forward to every episode, this show is really starting to pop for me.

Modern Family is easily the best new show this year and probably the best sitcom I've watched this side of 30 Rock.

How I Met Your Mother: Christ can we meet her already? Prob not so as long as the show is still legend... wait for it... dary.

Even though 24 has gone downhill with the same plot formula every season it still keeps me in suspense. I'm interested to see what they have planned for my home city of New York.

Chuck: I thought they were renewed, when are they bringing this back, he knows kung fu now. :p

The Office - The show is really sucking now, the characters aren't what they used to be. Dwight isn't that funny and Jim and Pam seem like total bitches now.

30 Rock - Not as funny as past seasons, but still great.

South Park - Only one mediocre episode so far and everything else had me rolfing.

Glee - My favorite new show. People need to look past the "gay" musicals and appreciate the subtle humor. There are so many euphemisms for sex it's not even funny.

How I Met Your Mother - Still legendary.

Modern Family - One of the only comedies that I like that focuses around a family, the show does a great job at it. I guess the gay couple and the older/younger couple makes it fresher.

One-word review of this TV season: shit. I honestly don't know how people can stand to waste time watching TV any more. Every new show I hear about that's supposedly awesome turns out to be garbage.

I've been seriously disappointed in Dexter since season 2. Lost definitely jumped the shark a while ago, but I'll admit to being mildly interested in the final season. Entourage totally isn't fun any more. 30 Rock isn't nearly as funny as I was led to believe. Heroes is downright awful. The Office has really tanked in the past two seasons, after being one of the only must-watch primetime shows for a while imo.

The only newish show I think has held up to scrutiny is Breaking Bad, and even that has its groan-worthy moments.

Is there anything worth watching on HBO these days? They've really been the only solid source of awesome shows in the past 5 or so years. The Wire, Six Feet Under, Sopranos, Deadwood, Entourage (for a while)... I want something to fill these shoes.

I have still been enjoying The Office, even though it has not been anywhere as good as the last couple of seasons. Community has been a great surprise, really liking it.

One show nobody seems to like, but I really think is fantastic is Bored to Death. Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson, and Zach Galifianakis are all great and I like the odd storylines and quirky characters. My kind of show.

Stargate: Universe has been the only Stargate show I've been internested in. Except for the stupid rock communication things to talk with Earth, I think it is pretty good so far.

I'm giving them this season to establish all of the boring things you expect a stranded party to do like find food and water for the sake of continuity but if this shit doesn't pick up by season 2, I am done.

Fringe: A- I would like to see the main storyline move along and fewer stand alone episodes.

How I Met Your Mother: B Nothing great is on Monday Nights so I watch it.

Big Bang Theory: A+ Best Comedy on TV.

NCIS: B - It's starting to feel old though Abbey/Ducky/Gibbs can still make any individual episode good.

NCIS LA: C+ - I tried, but it's just another cop drama without the great characters of the original.

Castle: A- Fillion is great, Katic is hot and plays the part well, has the requisite amount of humor to make a great show.

Numb3rs: B- I thought this was excellent once upon a time, but it just doesn't catch my eye anymore. It feels slow and the programming tasks they take on in no time at all is just a little too over the top.

Sanctuary: B- This got good at the end of season 1 but they abruptly completed that storyline about 3 episodes into season 2 and it's back into standalone episodes w/o an overarching plot to really catch my interest.

I'm planning on watching Dexter, Californication and Lost when one of these loses my interest.

Interesting. Not a network show in there.

Flash Forward - I love this show! An episode might start off slow or end slow but there's nothing in an episode that doesn't make me look forward to the next one. A++

Glee - For me, Glee is tied for best new show of the season with Flash Forward. I can't wait to watch each new episode. My only problem with this show is that it's on at the same time as Criminal Minds and L&O: SVU. So I record L&O: SVU, watch Criminal Minds, and have to catch Glee on Hulu. A++

Trauma - This show isn't at the top of most people's lists but I really enjoy the show. It's not exactly a medical drama like ER, House, etc. It revolves mostly around rescue workers (ambulance & life flight) and I like that. I also like all of the characters (even Rabbit) and hope that this show gets picked up for its second season somewhere else as NBC has decided to dump it. At least they're airing all 13 episodes.

Mercy - Another medical drama but not exactly like Trauma. This show revolves around a trio of nurses in a hospital and their trials and tribulations. I find the characters interesting and want to see more. For you guys, the nurses aren't too bad to look at either.

Modern Family - Simply the best sitcom I've seen in a long time. Not since the first season of 30 Rock have I enjoyed a 30-minute sitcom so much. Long live Modern Family!

The Good Wife - A new legal drama on CBS and I like it more than I thought I would. I expected a couple of good episodes and then a downward spiral. It's been quite the opposite. The acting is a bit weak at times but the story lines and characters are so good that it's a can't miss for me.

V - The first episode was great. The second episode not as much. I'm not giving it up but I'm disheartened that there are only two more episodes left until a long break. I never watched the original series so I have nothing to compare it to. I am getting tired of all of the nerds from back then putting the show down just because it's different. If it was exactly the same, the nerds would be complaining even more. Oh, and stop giving the story away to all the people who don't know what's going to happen just because you don't like it!

Concerning existing shows that I watch -

Criminal Minds is still great but the cast this season just isn't doing it for me. The crimes aren't as interesting either. But I won't stop watching.

Dexter has been good but I want to see him kill more. And even when he does kill he doesn't do it with the enthusiasm he had in the first couple of seasons. Also, please get rid of Rita already! Ugh!

House has been blah. It might just be me but I can't get over the first episode this season and how little the later episodes have tied back to it. The first episode was interesting (I guess) but very un-House. Not necessarily a bad thing but if you're going to give me a two-hour episode about him changing his life how about you actually do it? This is one of the shows I'm considering dropping after watching from the beginning.

I have to mention Southland here because it'll be back. It was my favorite new show last season so I was thrilled to find out that TNT picked up the cop drama after NBC canceled it. I can't wait for this show to come back!

Good Honorable Mentions: CSI: NY, Community, True Blood, L&O, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Parking Wars

Bad Honorable Mentions: CSI, L&O: SVU, The Closer, Melrose Place (shush it!)

Looking Forward To: The Prisoner (mini-series starting this weekend on AMC) and Lost

There are many other shows out there, new and returning, that I could comment on but I think I'll leave it at this. You people are already going to make fun of me enough about this post! Hahaha!

NBC's entire Thursday night lineup is basically on my favorites list this year. Community is a great new show that has the constant jokes flying at you feel like Arrested Development had. Chevy Chase is also used in the perfect amount. I've also liked Parks and Rec a lot more this year. It's definitely the weakest in the two hour block but it's improved a lot from last year.
