I was reading the ATI tv tuner review, and I've had issues with reviews before since the way a TV tuner is used is not discussed, and I ended up buying a tuner on the basis of a review that did not include pertinent information....
For instnace the ATI 650 has a screen lag update delay, which makes it damn near impossible to play video games on... had I known this I would have avoided the 650 like the plague.
I think some reviews miss what would be critical flaws in products in "pushing" them, and I'd like to see at least some ability to address concerns of people who have actually owned / purchased the product and got burned.
