thanks yllus at least you were polite in explaining and polite in your response instead of these other jackasses ...
sully hasn't been feeling himself lately, you'll have to forgive him :)
Getting closer to becoming a Lifer has me trying to turn over a new leaf as a nice person. If they'd just make a separate Programming forum already I'd be set!

You'd better pick up the pace, you're barely breaking 5 ppd.

If I could donate some posts I'd gladly fork over 2k posts.

Yeah, random capitalization.

Periods in your sentence isn't capitalized... Neither is the H in thanks, or the c in "c-ya" which is a whole other subject.

Just copy and paste this incase you can't spell it properly later and don't know what the problem is...

<html>
<head>
<title>Grammar 101</title>
</head>
<body>
<?php
include("skills.htm");
?>
</body>
</html>

Alright, aside from being an ass...

Just read a lot of review sites, see the quality of information they put into their work. That's a lot of damn work. :(

So, do you have any qualifications that would make you a good candidate for people to listen to and base their own purchases on?

I recommend a lot of stuff to people on these forums from my own experience and things I've read, but I wouldn't dream of being presumptuous enough to make a whole site about my opinions.

I would probably start with a CMS (middle left click Portals (CMS)).

Best of luck.

Content Management System.

With that you really need no coding knowledge. I suppose it's an okay start.

EDIT : You could also learn by modifying the CMS template, which can really come in handy.

Hotscripts is your friend.

Have fun making a review site made entirely with HTML. -,-
You'll need to pick up a few CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) tutorials before you get started.

Curse on you if you use more than three tables. :)

EDIT : You don't know what your site will be about? I'd say Star Wars is pretty much a dead end category...Go with something involving technology, preferably Hardware.

If you want to review hardware for the sole intention of getting more and new hardware, don't bother.
