Well aesthetically, it sucks. But if you want to K.I.S.S., keep a uniform font size (2?) and use arial or verdana instead.

I recommend you use a CMS such as Drupal and get a theme for it. All you have to do is change the theme and it'll be real easy making updates and stuff.
