Yes, Rml. Just go here: Reverse Lookup.
I don't know if the sites have been updated, but do try them. Hopefully you get the answer. And yes, they are reverse lookup with addresses.
Remember, if the person is unlisted, then it makes no difference. You won't find them even by reverse lookup.
There's also KnowX. The initial search is free, but you have to pay to see the record. You have a better chance of seeing an unlisted address here than you do with the whitepages. You should try the above first though, since they're free, before resorting to KnowX.

All of the website except KnowX could not find the address I provided.
KnowX found the address but ask for $9.95 before it will show me any info on that address.

All right, what state is this? If it is a state such as New York, you can find the owner of the property for free on the 'net. From what you have written, it sounds like the person owns the property. I think what KnowX has is public records of property owners. You can easily get it for free if it is a state that offers that information on 'net.

All right, I'm a little confused. Are you looking for the person's number/name or are you trying to verify the address? If you're just trying to verify the address, then you don't need to find the person's name or phone number.
If you are trying to verify the address, then just follow Praetor's link. That's what I usually use when I must find the correct zip code or city. It's maintained by the USPS.

You will not believe this! I actually found who owns the home. Actually, there are two names listed. Check your PM for information.
The reason you were having a problem was because the city was an isolated/a small city. There's hardly information for small cities when using whitepages and other resources. The USPS gave you the message it gave you because the zip code is meant for PO Boxes only, but it is the default zip code of the city. That tells you how undeveloped the city is. Perhaps things have changed and it is used for regular addresses but the USPS hasn't updated it on its website? It's quite confusing.
It was pretty difficult, then I did a little tweaking and magically discovered how to manipulate one of the sites with the records. I even found my family's name listed correctly there. Wooooohooo! A nice discovery. That makes my investigative work one less harder and for free.
Anyway, you have a message. Hope the names of the home owners helps you.
