Reverse lookup for cell phone numbers?

Anyone know if it's possible and/or a place to do it? I used to love using reversephonedirectory.com for normal house numbers but I haven't been able to figure out a way to lookup cell numbers.

I just spent like 25 minutes talking to some guy using a computer synthesized voice to speak, having a rather halarious conversation and now I'm just curious as to whe the hell that was

Why the hell would you keep talking to somebody (you dont even know) who is typing stuff and using the computer to 'say' it?
