Reusing coolant

Is it okay to reuse coolant? If I can pour out the coolant into a clean container, is it safe for reuse?

NO.

what h2o setup do you have? List your parts out, or list the kit out.

I can recomend you cheaper solutions(less then 5 dollars for a gallon), or point you to the only safe solution. (20 dollars however you would need it for the anticorrosion aspect).

which one you need depends on your part list you give me. 😛

I'd say if there were no particulates or cloudiness to the drained stuff, and it hadn't been in there too long, and the instructions on whatever it is doesn't forbid the practice, I'd reuse it. It's not like the stuff is put to any stress like automotive coolant is.
