Returning Games

For Christmas, my wife bought me Final Fantasy III, Castlevania Portrait of Ruin, and the corresponding strategy guide, all for the Nintendo DS from EBGames.com.

The games didn't arrive and EB considered them lost. They sent replacements that I got after Christmas.

Last week, the originals arrived. My wife contacted EB and they told her not to worry about it since it was their fault and we could keep them.

I tried to return them to an EB store for credit, but the store couldn't accept a web return.

Are there any stores that would take these games as a return? They're new / unopened.

Am I stuck selling them on ebay or selling them to EB as used games?
 
It's going to be very hard to find a place that will let you return them without a recipt, even if they're unopened. You might want to try Wally world, I don't know what their policy is like though.
