DFI will still honor the warranty if you use their beta BIOS.
I don't think any manufacturers would give a fit over their beta BIOS.
Now, hacked BIOSes I'm not so sure.

The SLI boards are about $30 dollars more than a quality NF4 ultra board. I would go with a A8N-SLI personally 🙂 but if I had a choice for a different board I would go with the MSI NEO4 SLI.
