The show was pretty bad in my opinion. Very few laughs, and it didn't feel like the Tonight Show at all.

That was basically the same crap he used to do an hour later. The Tonight Show just lost me as a regular viewer. At least there's still Chelsea Lately (so hot) before Craig Ferguson.

So, whats to stop you from tuning in an hour earlier and watching Jay [probably] do the same stuff he used to? I would have hated to see Conan change a lot to try to fit the time slot.

I haven't watched the show, so I don't have an opinion yet. I sparingly watch either Leno or Conan (I enjoyed Conan the most of any of the night talk shows but I don't watch any of them much anyways).
