It's one of those things. It's good that there is Israel, because at least the Jews there won't assimilate and disappear. On the other hand, it's also a risk because sooner or later the arabs can sit and wait until they are strong enough and Israel is weak. And the mentality over there is they can keep a grudge a hundred years or several hundred years. But I think Israel is good for the Arabs, because of competition. If it weren't for Israel, they wouldn't even know how backwards they are.

If this is paying for the transportation of people who actually WANT to go to <insert country here>, I think it's a bit questionable, but ok, fine.

If this is paying for the plane tickets of people who've been convinced by the kind and caring Pat Robertson and Jerry Fallwell that they want to go to <insert country here>, this is just another bigoted and racist program from two of the biggest hypocrits out there.
