retrieving deleted files

I use PC File Recovery. I've had no problems using it and it's completely free. It's also nice for them noobs who privatize their My Documents and then reinstall windows not realizing that they'll lose permissions.
 
^devious employees delete files and emails... and I have been given the task of retrieving the data

For business use it's even more important that you have some sort of backups in place.
