Retrieving data from another hard drive

I have this hard drive from an un-repairable windows corruption, but since there is some data I would like to get back I just plugged it into another rig so that I can strip my files off of it.
Problem is when I got into the My Documents/Admin parts of that hard drive it tells me access is restricted.
Is there any way around it, or a way to get the files in that section?
