Retractable network cable with Cross-over adapter??

I know there's a bunch of these cute retractable RJ-45 network cables out there. It's bundled in a little case and you pull out as much as cable as you need. Does anyone know where I can buy one with an switch/button where you can switch it to be used as cross over cable? This way I don't have carry an additional adapter or cable.
