I was about to get an X2 3800+ until the new DC Opterons came out. I want to get a cpu/mobo combo from Monarch (DFI LP UT Ultra-D), but the 165s are out of stock. The 170 OEM is only ~$55 more expensive than the 165 retail. Is the only difference btwn the retail and OEM the warranty and included HSF? Monarch offers a 3 yr warranty for $15 so I would go ahead and get that. Of course, I'd also need to get a HSF from them for the combo, but I want the extras that go along w/ the combo so I'm going Monarch. So I guess my question is, get the 170 OEM (w/ extra warranty) now, or wait for the 165 retails to get back in stock?

Oh yeah--I plan on OC'ing it, but this'll be my first one so I don't imagine I'll try to push it as high as other people around here have been doing
