Home Delivery is an unmanned office. You can't go and pick up package. Kind of sucks, I'm waiting on the CPU to finish my wife's new computer. Anyways, I hope I can catch them tomorrow, but I have to work till 5pm.

Yea, sorry about the headache 🙁 That's one unfortunate downside of the home delivery.

The plus side is that it includes Saturday Delivery - and, FedEx won't generally deliver ground packages to residences without a surcharge, so it comes out to about the same price.

Of course, you wouldn't have had a problem if we didn't require signatures, but we don't have much choice in that due to fraud 🙁

I've got my 146 opty running at 2.8ghz (FX-57). It's cool and stable too. 🙂

I'm watercooled, but I'm sure it could do 2.8ghz on stock cooling if i didn't mind a little extra heat. As it is, idle at 27 and load at 32 degrees celcius.

Bumpo for tank.

I'd get the 146 $25 more for a much better multiplier is a small price to pay..

Yeah I got my 144 to 2800Mhz on 1.45V but only a couple motherboards can even do over 300Mhz HTT and it plays hell finding right memory divider with 9x inside 144. 10X inside 146 is about the best multiplier.

Ordered a 146 and it shipped the same day (Sunday). Anybody know of a web page guide that goes through all the BIOS settings on the ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 board to overclock this chip with PC3200 RAM or care to share their settings?

Thanks,

I would start here.

nice ...what mobo you running? memory?

I'll be in for one once I get paid for my 3500 tomorrow. CAN'T WAIT. starts to fidget... Hyperventilating. LOL

2.727mhz @ 1.425v rock solid primed for 12hours. This is on a gigabyte K8 Triton motherboard, which I wasn't sure it would do 303 FSB. It feels like there is more there.

Ok, taking RAM out of the equation, what kind of clock speeds should I be able to achieve with the 146 on an MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum with good air (say AC Freezer 64)? I'd be stepping up from a 3000+ Winchester BTW.

Yea, I am 99% sure we are OOS now 🙁

I may have a couple still floating around, but it's doubtful. For all intents and purposes, this is a dead deal now.. (Though, I *may* get more in a few weeks, at this price)
