Sounds a little shady. Hopefully they don't go back and take away the coupon since you technically didn't purchase $40 worth of stuff... That's what I'd be worried about.

This will not work with staples, many have tried, many have failed. I haven't heard of a single person that has been able to pull it off, while I've heard dozens of people on here that have tried. As for other online vendors, most have some pretty damn good software that catches these kind of things.

Just letting you know.....
 
im all for a bargain, but this is basically ripping off the store. Its like using 10 diff. emails to get certificates that are one per customer. I know this can work sometimes, but just b/c it works doesn't mean its moral. Not trying to flame or anything but i just think this isn't all that nice...pricematch, use discounts, and stuff but don't bend the rules that much🙂

Why don't you go for a better deal - tell them to cancel item x AND the mouse, and just send you $10. Lather, rinse, repeat...

BN mostly likely will take the coupon off, and if they don't, they will if many people try that. And they should - this type of thing is shady.

and hey it was an accident. I ordered a textbook for school but found out its not the right edition so i canceled it. telling people about it is not illegal.
