Onvia claims this is the retail box, as well. I did this deal on the 21st, except with 3 x .81 Maxell CD-Rs to kick me up to $100.
 
If you get the retail Duron, I suggest removing the heatsink tape and applying your own, my temps went from 47-50C to 41-43C (still a little warm for stock MHZ) just using radio shack silicon compound.

I need to try that with my retail 600. My temps are up in the low 40's at stock. If I can find you again, I'll let you know how it turns out.
