oh yeah i saw that one but it sold out real fast.

Not any employee, but ordered two in the morning of those sweet X1900 AIW (one for me and one for my brother)

Got the backorder email, but recieved this morning.

Now if it would just fit in my case ...

Uncool. My order, placed 8/24, first went into backorder, and this morning I receive a simple "your order has been cancelled" message.

OK, so we can't get EPP video cards through that link. Does anyone know how to get in on ATI's Employee Purchase Plan elsewhere? Through some other site? If it was $149 here, there must be some other way for employees to get an awesome deal.

Getting a video card from ATI and combining it with the Intel Retail Edge program would be a killer way to get a good start at a new rig for about $400.

Nuts. I just got cancelled. My x1900xtx order is still valid though. My hdtv tuner order shipped. Weird how they only cancelled my x1900aiw.

Ok. First of all, the ATI website is bugged and you aren't even supposed to be able to see this website =p When I go to work (at bestbuy) there is a special login I use under a program called Toolkit. I need my employee # and password to get into Toolkit. Once I'm in I can go to a link called accomodations which is where I can order directly from manufacturers websites at reduced costs. Recently when logging into this website THROUGH work the prices were showing regular retail prices. Now that I see this thread I realize they must have got the websites switched or something, wow what a bad bug =p

Best of luck to everyone who gets one....I ordered an X1900XTX right before the bug happened and got my card a while ago (last weekish) for $240.

Because their website was buggered they decided to punish somebody elses employees? Now, There's some Corporate Crap! How much do you think they "lost"? They sold a few cards to people who otherwise wouldn't bought 'um. Gimme a break. Either your boss is talkin' nonsense, or ATI's VIPs suck canal water.

Yeah isn't it funny how they would blame smart consumers for taking advantage of crappy web service code. The nerve of us, accessing public pages on the internet to buy stuff.
