Ok. First of all, the ATI website is bugged and you aren't even supposed to be able to see this website =p When I go to work (at bestbuy) there is a special login I use under a program called Toolkit. I need my employee # and password to get into Toolkit. Once I'm in I can go to a link called accomodations which is where I can order directly from manufacturers websites at reduced costs. Recently when logging into this website THROUGH work the prices were showing regular retail prices. Now that I see this thread I realize they must have got the websites switched or something, wow what a bad bug =p
Best of luck to everyone who gets one....I ordered an X1900XTX right before the bug happened and got my card a while ago (last weekish) for $240.

Getting a video card from ATI and combining it with the Intel Retail Edge program would be a killer way to get a good start at a new rig for about $400.
