Yeah, I'm not a "vet" here but I need some help regardless. Has anyone here had any experience with this before? All I do at my current job is apply for more jobs and today I got contacted with an e-mail that says:
"Please reply to this email with your salary history or requirements."
I've never had to put this before but this employer seems pretty persistent to get this info. On my cover letter that I e-mailed them I put:
"As far as salary requirements, I'm quite flexible and would like to discuss salary requirements and benefits at an interview."
My current salary is actually pretty pathetic so I would like to make more but I don't want to put too much. If you've had any experience with this before, how did you go about doing it? Thanks in advance.
