Resume help

Somehow or another I have made it to being a junior in college and have no resume. However, an intership I would like to persue has prompted me to make one. So what does one generally put on a resume? Any help? Any websites or anything?

What research projects have you done?
where do you go to school?
What type of job do you want?
Where do you want to work?
Where have you worked in the past?
