And LOL..... please please check your updated "resume" - spellcheck 100X. Acheievements . Quality control indeed, and you can't do that in your own "resume".

Because I too have years of experience and most people with this kind of experience are near or at retirement age.

Fixed, not sure why Word isn't catching that. Also noticed that it never threw an fit over "tolerancing". Not sure if that's actually a word but it's the word they use so....
